Sinds kort hebben Moments Furniture en VAB (specialist voor de inrichting van materniteit en neonatologie afdelingen in ziekenhuizen) een alliantie gevormd om de Nederlandse ziekenhuizen te voorzien van high-end zorgmeubilair (oa innovatieve zorgrelaxen). VAB krijgt met dit strategisch samenwerkingsakkoord meteen een uitbreiding van haar gamma van oplossingen voor andere DMU's dan de materniteit.
Moments Furniture is ontwerper en producent van innovatieve zitoplossingen waaronder functionele en comfortabele zorgrelaxen voor op de ziekenhuiskamer, maar ook niet-stigmatiserende recliners voor in de cardiolounge of ontspannende zorgfauteuils voor terugkerende patiënten op de nierdialyse bijvoorbeeld. Peter Sarasyn, CEO van Moments Furniture, is ervan overtuigd dat met deze samenwerking met een ziekenhuisspecialist-distributeur zoals VAB, meer en meer ziekenhuizen in Nederland zullen kiezen voor Moments Furniture producten. "Nederland is voor ons een belangrijke zorgmarkt. Met W2Moments (dé specialist op het vlak van ouderenzorg en voor de inrichting en hospitality van zorginstellingen voor senioren) en FMB Care NL (dé expert op het vlak van zorgbedden) is Moments Furniture Group, en haar partners, niet onbekend in de Nederlandse zorgmarkt. Nu is het moment gekomen om ook de Nederlandse ziekenhuizen volop te laten gebruikmaken van de Moments Furniture collectie welke reeds in ziekenhuizen in België (en daarbuiten) met succes worden gebruikt."
Het Jeroen Bosch ziekenhuis in s’-Hertogenbosch is alvast een mooie referentie in Nederland welke reeds volmondig voor Moments Furniture zorgrelaxen heeft gekozen. Volgens Hans Snoei, co-founder en commercieel directeur van VAB, is er een algemene tendens in Nederland, maar ook daarbuiten, om patiënten sneller in zorgrelaxen te laten plaatsnemen (onder andere om de nadelen van gedurende een langere tijd in een ziekenhuisbed te liggen, indien mogelijk, zoveel mogelijk te beperken of om de revalidatie, bijvoorbeeld bij heup- of knieoperaties, sneller te activeren).

Moments Furniture and VAB (specialist in furnishing maternity and neonatology departments in hospitals) have recently formed an alliance to provide Dutch hospitals with high-end healthcare furniture (including innovative care recliners). With this strategic partnership agreement, VAB immediately expands its range of solutions for other DMUs than maternity.
Moments Furniture is a developer and manufacturer of innovative seating solutions, including functional and comfortable care recliners for hospital rooms, but also non-stigmatising recliners for cardio lounges and relaxing care recliners for returning patients on kidney dialysis, for example. Peter Sarasyn, CEO of Moments Furniture, is convinced that with this cooperation with a hospital specialist distributor like VAB, more and more hospitals in the Netherlands will choose Moments Furniture products. The Jeroen Bosch hospital in s'-Hertogenbosch is already a fine reference in the Netherlands, which has chosen Moments Furniture for its healthcare recliners. According to Hans Snoei, co-founder and commercial director of VAB, there is a general trend in the Netherlands, as well as abroad, to allow patients to settle into care recliners more quickly (for instance, to minimise the disadvantages of lying in a hospital bed for a longer period of time, if at all possible, or to get rehabilitation underway more quickly, for instance after hip or knee operations).
